📋 Description

• As Director, Product Management (Marketing) at Alkami Technology, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the marketing solutions portfolio, building products specifically for marketers at financial institutions and similar organizations.
• You will define and execute the roadmap for Alkami’s Marketing products, including Segmint-powered capabilities, customer insights, audience intelligence, personalization, campaign enablement, and future growth and acquisition solutions, while championing AI integration to reduce manual effort and improve marketer outcomes.
• You will operate as a player-coach—synthesizing ambiguity into clear direction, communicating it across leadership, peers, and teams, and driving high-quality execution with urgency and ownership, while leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• You will partner with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to deliver innovative, commercially viable solutions that drive measurable outcomes for financial institutions and support Alkami’s growth objectives, while recruiting, developing, and mentoring a high-performing product team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams.
• Direct, hands-on experience building and shipping products—launching new product lines within an existing portfolio or building and scaling flagship products in a startup environment.
• Proven success building and scaling SaaS, marketing technology, data, analytics, or personalization products.
• Demonstrated ability to create clarity from ambiguity and communicate it effectively upward, laterally, and to teams.
• AI fluency—curiosity and a practical point of view on how AI can be embedded into product experiences to improve user outcomes.
