  • • As Director of Product Marketing at Centivo, you will lead the strategic development and execution of product marketing initiatives that directly support the company’s mission to deliver affordable, high-quality healthcare to self-funded employers and their employees. This role is pivotal in translating complex healthcare solutions into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with employers, brokers, and consultants, ultimately driving enterprise growth and market differentiation in a highly competitive industry.
  • • You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Actuarial, and Marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment between product innovation, pricing, positioning, and sales execution. Your leadership will elevate Centivo’s market presence by enabling the sales team with powerful tools and insights that accelerate deal cycles and improve conversion rates.
  • • Day to day, you will: develop and refine product positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to employer health benefits audiences; conduct deep customer research to build detailed personas and uncover unmet needs; analyze the competitive landscape to inform differentiation strategies; create sales enablement assets including national account decks, product demos, case studies, and sell sheets; design product packaging and pricing models aligned with customer segments and market dynamics; lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution; collaborate with partner marketing teams to develop co-marketing initiatives; influence broader marketing campaigns to ensure messaging consistency; and design and facilitate quarterly and annual GTM retrospectives to continuously improve performance based on win/loss analysis and market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–7 years of experience in employer health benefits, with proven B2B product marketing background and/or direct experience as a broker or consultant in the health benefits space
  • • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with demonstrated ability to craft compelling messaging and sales enablement content across multiple formats and audiences
  • • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through strategic, data-informed decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and market influence
  • • Deep understanding of macro healthcare trends and their specific impact on the employer-sponsored health benefits market
  • • Self-starter mindset with a history of solving complex problems, generating innovative ideas, and delivering results in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
