- • Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Freshservice, a $400M flagship ITSM platform that is redefining how mid-market and enterprise customers manage IT complexity through AI-powered automation, asset management, and operations.
- • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 8 product marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver double-digit revenue growth and global market expansion.
- • Architect and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that align product launches, feature releases, and enterprise upsell motions with corporate revenue, retention, and expansion targets across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- • Craft and continuously refine differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate Freshservice’s unique value proposition in a crowded ITSM landscape, ensuring consistency across web, demand gen, field marketing, and customer success touchpoints.
- • Translate complex technical capabilities—AI-driven incident resolution, predictive analytics, unified asset visibility—into crisp, persona-based narratives that resonate with CIOs, IT Directors, Service Desk Managers, and Procurement teams.
- • Drive rigorous market, competitive, and win/loss intelligence programs; synthesize findings into actionable insights that inform roadmap prioritization, pricing strategy, and sales battlecards.
- • Oversee the creation of a full-funnel content engine: solution briefs, ROI calculators, demo videos, executive pitch decks, customer case studies, and interactive product tours that accelerate pipeline velocity and improve win rates.
- • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions, beta programs, and packaging strategies based on customer feedback, analyst perspectives, and market whitespace analysis.
- • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to design certification curricula, objection-handling playbooks, and quarterly SKOs that empower 500+ global sellers to articulate value, overcome competitive traps, and close larger enterprise deals.
- • Establish and track KPIs—ARR influenced, pipeline contribution, competitive win rate, content engagement, analyst scores—to measure program effectiveness and iterate quickly; present insights monthly to the executive leadership team.
- • Champion customer advocacy by identifying and nurturing reference accounts, co-marketing opportunities, and executive speaking engagements that amplify Freshservice’s market credibility and fuel expansion within strategic accounts.
- • Act as the public face of Freshservice marketing: represent the brand at industry events, analyst briefings, webinars, and media interviews to elevate thought leadership and drive category leadership in AI-driven service management.
