- • As Director, Product Strategy & Operations at FloQast, you will serve as a strategic operating partner to turn product-market fit into the next phase of growth by shaping how Product plans, measures, ships, and improves across Close, Compliance, Reporting, and AI offerings.
- • You will partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define and execute product strategy, establish key performance indicators, streamline product development processes, and ensure alignment between product initiatives and business outcomes.
- • FloQast builds the Accounting Transformation Platform used by thousands of finance and accounting teams — from startups to global enterprises — to manage month-end close, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting with precision and trust.
- • You will have the opportunity to influence the evolution of a growing product portfolio, drive operational excellence in product delivery, and develop expertise in scaling product operations within a high-growth SaaS environment focused on accounting innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product strategy, product operations, or similar strategic role within a technology or SaaS company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and go-to-market to drive alignment and execution
- • Background in B2B SaaS, preferably with exposure to finance, accounting, or enterprise software domains
