• • Centific is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Director of Technical Program Management to spearhead and scale our critical go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with Microsoft, specifically focusing on their Security (Purview) and Healthcare (HLS) product areas.
• • This pivotal role acts as the central technical and program management nexus, bridging Centific’s internal Sales, Product, and Engineering teams with Microsoft’s client product, GTM, and account teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless alignment across strategy, solution design, delivery readiness, and the effective execution of our GTM plans, thereby enabling significant and scalable growth within the expansive Microsoft ecosystem.
• • This is a high-impact technical leadership position, distinct from a sales role, where you will be instrumental in translating our strategic alliance objectives into meticulously structured, executable programs designed to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• • **Microsoft Security (Purview) Program Leadership:** You will take ownership of the end-to-end program execution for all initiatives related to Microsoft Security, with a particular emphasis on the Purview suite. This involves deeply aligning Centific’s advanced AI data foundry capabilities with Microsoft’s strategic vision for data governance, compliance, and security products.
• • Your responsibilities will include translating complex joint discussions and strategic objectives into clear, actionable execution plans, defining scope for pilot programs, and establishing robust, scalable deployment models that meet Microsoft’s stringent requirements.
• • A key aspect of this leadership will be ensuring both technical and operational readiness for scenarios involving co-selling with Microsoft and the subsequent rollout to enterprise customers.
• • **Healthcare (HLS) Program Management:** You will drive cross-functional execution and alignment across Microsoft’s Healthcare research, engineering, and GTM teams. This requires a deep understanding of the healthcare AI landscape and Microsoft’s specific priorities within it.
• • You will collaborate closely with Microsoft product teams to ensure our AI data services—including medical annotation, clinical data acquisition, and model evaluation—are perfectly aligned with their evolving healthcare AI priorities and roadmaps.
• • This role demands meticulous coordination of Centific’s internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to guarantee execution that is not only efficient but also fully compliant with healthcare regulations and standards.
• • **Alliance & GTM Enablement:** You will serve as the primary integration lead, fostering strong collaborative relationships and clear communication channels between Centific’s Sales, Product, and Engineering departments and Microsoft’s GTM teams.
• • Your ability to convert high-level strategic alliance discussions into concrete, executable programs with clearly defined milestones, deliverables, and accountability frameworks will be crucial for success.
• • You will actively support joint planning sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive updates, and contribute to maintaining clear pipeline visibility for both organizations.
• • A significant part of your role will be enabling the structured scaling of successful pilot programs into repeatable, high-value solutions that can be deployed across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• • **Cross-Functional Orchestration:** You will act as the principal technical program owner, managing a complex web of internal Centific stakeholders and external Microsoft partners.

• • **Operational & Strategic Impact:** You will be tasked with developing comprehensive, scalable alliance playbooks specifically tailored for the Security and Healthcare verticals, providing a blueprint for future collaborations.
