- • As Director of Project Management at Alimentiv Inc., you will provide leadership and oversight for global clinical trial execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory standards, and client expectations while driving operational excellence across project management and finance teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading project and finance teams, developing and improving policies and processes, managing staff and contractor performance, overseeing resource planning, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and representing project teams to sponsors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- • You will be part of the senior leadership team, contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, technologies, and best practices that enhance customer service, staff development, quality reporting, and achievement of short- and long-term divisional goals aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape global project delivery standards, influence organizational strategy, develop leadership and process improvement expertise, and drive measurable improvements in clinical trial execution efficiency, quality, and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven leadership experience in project management within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
- • Demonstrated ability to oversee global project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- • Experience in developing and implementing project management policies, processes, and quality assurance frameworks
- • Background in staff and contractor performance management, resource planning, and performance monitoring
- • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices governing clinical trials (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA)
- • Experience supporting business development activities, including bid development and client-facing representation
