• • As Director, Public Sector Professional Services at UiPath, you will lead delivery operations for public sector clients, ensuring operational excellence and alignment between sales, delivery, and post-sales functions while driving customer satisfaction and strategic growth in a high-impact vertical.
• • Day to day, you will provide direction and performance management to teams, manage delivery escalations, oversee project reporting and metrics, partner with sales on pipeline visibility, develop services action plans for top ARR customers, and act as the primary delivery relationship manager for key partners and technical experts.
