  • • Partner directly with lawyers and legal teams to understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in legal service delivery.
  • • Design, implement, and optimize legal processes powered by AI and automation to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
  • • Translate legal and operational requirements into scalable systems, workflows, and internal tools that support Lawhive’s AI-native platform.
  • • Work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to shape new features and capabilities based on real-world legal practice needs.
  • • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired law firms onto the Lawhive platform, ensuring seamless adoption of automated workflows.
  • • Build and maintain automations and tools that directly improve lawyer productivity and reduce manual administrative tasks.
  • • Analyze operational and legal data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization and improved client service.
  • • Help define best practices for embedding AI into legal workflows across Lawhive’s network of law firms.
  • • Act as a bridge between legal practitioners, operations teams, and technical teams to align business needs with technological solutions.
  • • Drive process improvement initiatives by breaking down complex legal tasks into repeatable, automatable components.
  • • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Legal Engineers to test, refine, and scale AI-powered legal solutions in live environments.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of Lawhive Labs by providing frontline insights from legal teams and clients to inform product development.
  • • Ensure that all implemented solutions comply with regulatory standards and maintain the integrity of legal services delivered through the platform.
  • • Engage with customers and external stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and iterate on legal technology solutions.
  • • Stay current with advancements in legal technology, automation platforms, and AI applications within professional services.
  • • Participate in cross-functional projects that span legal operations, product design, engineering, and client success.
  • • Take ownership of end-to-end process improvements from identification through implementation and measurement of impact.
  • • Communicate technical and operational changes clearly to non-technical legal staff to ensure adoption and reduce resistance to change.
  • • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases that standardize new workflows across Lawhive’s growing network.
  • • Help scale Lawhive’s model internationally by adapting workflows and systems to new legal jurisdictions and market requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience working in a legal, consulting, operations, product, legal technology or process improvement environment
  • • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • • Ability to break down complex workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • • Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly
  • • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership
