- • Senior Group Product Manager leading Reddit’s Advertiser Optimization team, driving long-term monetization strategy for one of the internet’s largest platforms with 126M daily active users.
- • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for core Ads pillars: Precision & Reach (targeting, planning, forecasting), Performance & Scale (bidding, budgeting, pacing), and Intelligence (AI-driven recommendations and optimization scores).
- • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering innovation and excellence while managing cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
- • Define and execute strategic vision, translate advertiser needs into impactful roadmaps, own KPIs, and present insights to executive leadership to keep Reddit Ads at the forefront of ad tech evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically in Ads Quality or building advertiser-facing products.
- • Proven track record as an experienced people manager with a focus on talent development and team growth.
- • History of developing product visions that result in quantifiable business growth and strategic impact.
- • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to turn complex data into actionable product insights.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
- • Experience managing people managers and leading multi-layered organizations (preferred).
- • Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field (preferred).
- • Experience leading Machine Learning product teams or shipping ML-driven features (preferred).
