- • As Director, Revenue Systems Strategy at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving architectural and operational excellence across the GTM Organization by managing the entire Revenue Tech Stack and related processes and policies, ensuring scalable, AI-first revenue engine capabilities for prospecting, selling, and customer expansion.
- • Day to day, you will own the technical architecture for revenue acceleration, execute flawless change management, maintain CRM integrity (Salesforce), assess and optimize the tech stack, lead knowledge transfer for sales teams, design and implement end-to-end sales processes and policies, mentor a team of process analysts and Salesforce experts, and collaborate with IT, data, and sales leaders to ensure seamless integration, data governance, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading and managing technical or technical-adjacent teams in Revenue Operations as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up
- • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, requiring strong project management and decision-making skills
- • Deep understanding of managing and deploying key sales tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense
- • Exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, adept at partnering, influencing, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, with experience in change management
- • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decisions, insights, and improvements
- • Writes and speaks fluent English
