- • As Director, Revenue Systems Strategy at Remote Technologies Inc., you will lead the Revenue Operations team in managing the entire Revenue Tech Stack and related processes and policies, playing a pivotal role in driving architectural and operational excellence across the GTM Organization.
- • You will own the technical architecture for revenue acceleration, design and implement sales processes and policies, manage and mentor a team of process analysts and Salesforce administrators, collaborate with IT and data teams on integration and security, and continuously innovate the tech stack using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Leandata, and AI-first solutions to support GTM teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading and managing technical or technical-adjacent teams in Revenue Operations as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up
- • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, requiring strong project management and decision-making skills
- • Deep understanding of managing and deploying key sales tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense
- • Exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, adept at partnering, influencing, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, with experience in change management
- • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decisions, insights, and improvements
- • Writes and speaks fluent English
