- • As Director, Revenue Transformation at Gong.io Ltd., you will be directly responsible for ensuring the success of Gong’s largest clients by providing strategic guidance, driving customer transformation journeys, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with VP to C-suite revenue leaders, lead high-level consultative discussions to uncover revenue challenges and opportunities, use Gong’s maturity model to assess and design customized long-term roadmaps, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Account Management to align customer needs with Gong’s strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience consulting or leading strategic functions, with a focus on enterprise or Fortune 2000 companies.
- • Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships with C-suite executives, VPs, and senior leaders.
- • Experience in consultative sales, business transformation, and driving long-term customer success and ROI.
- • Familiarity with revenue operations, sales technology platforms, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by sales and revenue teams.
- • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and other teams to align customer strategies with Gong’s solutions.
- • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
