- • As Director, Risk & Compliance Processes & Initiatives at Centene Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of healthcare services for 28 million members by developing and implementing enterprise-wide compliance and risk strategies that meet evolving regulatory standards.
- • Day to day, you will champion cross-functional collaboration with Risk & Compliance teams, business units, legal, IT, and operational leaders to design, refine, and implement comprehensive GRC processes, controls, and training; lead documentation and standardization of compliance methodologies; serve as the principal liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into Archer Evolv platform requirements; architect governance structures for the GRC application; design evaluation frameworks for business cases; and ensure data accuracy and actionable insights from GRC reporting.
- • You will join a diversified, national healthcare organization committed to transforming community health, where your work directly supports regulatory adherence, fraud prevention, and operational excellence across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial programs.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare compliance, GRC technology integration (particularly Archer Evolv), risk management frameworks, and strategic initiative leadership—gaining influence over enterprise-wide governance while advancing your impact in a mission-driven organization that values innovation and person-centered outcomes.
