- • As a Talent Sourcer (Contract) at Lorikeet Software Pty Ltd, you will play a critical role in building the company’s recruiting pipeline by identifying and engaging top talent for technical, go-to-market, and operations roles across the US, UK, and AU markets. Your work directly supports Lorikeet’s mission to scale its AI-powered customer support platform, which is transforming how high-volume industries like fintech and healthtech manage customer interactions.
- • Day to day, you will build targeted candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and AI-powered sourcing tools; research and identify passive candidates; draft and send personalized outreach sequences; track sourcing activity and pipeline coverage in Ashby (the company’s ATS); share weekly metrics on outreach volume, response rates, and qualified leads passed; and flag market signals such as calibration misses, title trends, and sourcing patterns to inform recruiting strategy.
- • Lorikeet is a fast-moving, high-trust startup backed by over $50M from top-tier VCs including QED, Blackbird, and Square Peg, with support from industry leaders like ex-Stripe COO Claire Hughes Johnson and Linear COO Cristina Cordova. - • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-enhanced sourcing, refine your ability to engage niche technical and GTM talent, gain visibility into high-growth startup recruiting at scale, and contribute to a mission-driven team that values autonomy, data-informed outreach, and diverse perspectives.
