  • • As the Director, Sales at Motus, LLC, you will be instrumental in driving significant new logo revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets by leading a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs).
  • • You will own the team's quota and forecast, meticulously tracking performance and implementing strategies to ensure consistent achievement and exceeding of revenue goals.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to provide exceptional mentorship and performance feedback to your AEs through regular one-on-one meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • • You will be responsible for reporting on and analyzing lead and opportunity pipelines, forecasting accuracy, and team activity, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • • Guide AEs throughout their entire sales process, offering strategic advice on deal structuring, objection handling, and negotiation tactics. You will step in to help close critical deals when necessary, while simultaneously empowering your team to independently manage and drive their own deal flow over time.
  • • Collaborate closely with People Operations and Sales Enablement to recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring a seamless integration and providing ongoing development as they ramp up and progress in their careers.
  • • Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement within sales processes, individual AE skills, and overall team effectiveness.
  • • Track and drive regular rep and revenue reporting, with a strong emphasis on developing and executing strategic roadmaps to achieve quarterly business targets.
  • • Partner with the Marketing and Business Development Representative (BDR) leadership to ensure the full optimization of sales campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • • Act as a crucial bridge between our customers and internal teams by collaborating closely with Product, Implementation, and Support teams, ensuring customer needs and feedback are effectively communicated and addressed.
  • • Develop and maintain a deep, expert-level understanding of Motus’ comprehensive product suite to effectively guide your team and represent the company's value proposition.
  • • Foster a positive, energetic, and motivating team environment that encourages collaboration, high performance, and professional growth.
  • • Drive efficiency across all team processes and activities, seeking opportunities for optimization and streamlining.
  • • Stay current with standard processes in sales strategy and technology, ensuring your team is equipped with the latest best practices and tools.
  • • Champion the Motus WorkLife Pillars – WorkHappy, WorkHealthy, WorkSmart, WorkAnywhere, and WorkTogether – fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • • This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets, a passion for coaching, and a data-driven approach to sales management, looking to lead a high-impact team in a dynamic SaaS environment.
  • • You will present pipeline updates, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to Senior and Executive Leadership Teams, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
  • • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • • Empower your team to leverage sales methodologies like MEDDIC and value-based selling to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
  • • Ensure your team is proficient in utilizing CRM systems (like Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
  • • Drive a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the sales team, celebrating successes and learning from challenges.
