  • • As Director of Sales and Client Success at FICO, you will drive adoption and performance of FICO’s direct license program among top US mortgage lenders, directly impacting how financial institutions make credit decisions using the world’s #1 credit score.
  • • You will manage and develop a strategic territory, promote FICO’s latest mortgage analytics (including FICO Score 10T, UltraFICO, and FSMS), maintain a sales pipeline in CRM, and lead executive-level presentations to demonstrate ROI and competitive advantages across mortgage products.
  • • You will partner with mortgage lenders to grow their business by serving as a trusted advisor to originators, capital markets, risk, analytics, and technology teams, while acting as an escalation point for technical issues and change management initiatives.
  • • You will collaborate with sales executives to develop account plans, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, lead seamless onboarding for new clients, conduct business reviews, and track market trends to inform strategic decisions across the FICO organization.
  • • You will represent FICO at industry events, stay current on mortgage regulations and best practices, and contribute to product roadmap development by capturing client feedback on new features.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Five+ years of experience in analytics, software, data, and/or financial services sales.
  • • Proven track record of executive-level engagement and consultative selling within the mortgage origination ecosystem, with ability to communicate ROI and competitive positioning to senior stakeholders.
  • • Experience developing account plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a matrixed, collaborative sales environment.
  • • Outstanding executive presence with superior communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • • Ability to travel 25% to 35% for partner meetings, industry conferences, and strategic planning sessions.
