- • As Director, Sales and Relationship Management at SS&C Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in growing Calastone’s brand equity and revenue footprint across Europe by maintaining and expanding relationships with key financial services and healthcare clients in Luxembourg and Ireland.
- • Day to day, you will oversee local account management, build deep relationships across the Securities Services spectrum—including Transfer Agents, Asset Managers, Distributors, and technology providers—develop sales pipelines, close new deals, and ensure accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce while aligning with global Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams.
- • You will be part of SS&C Calastone, the world’s largest funds network headquartered in London with offices in Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore, New York, Milan, and Sydney, serving over 3,500 clients across 54 countries and processing £250 billion in investment value monthly.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in cross-border fund flows, influence industry committees like ALFI and EFAMA, act as a trusted client advocate and subject matter expert, and drive brand growth through thought leadership, event participation, and strategic client engagement—advancing your impact in the global financial technology landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in sales and strategic relationship management within the funds industry, with ability to engage clients from operational teams to C-level
- • Highly regarded and networked country/territory manager with existing contacts in the funds space
- • Demonstrable success in winning high-value, complex software, outsourcing, or solution sales mandates
- • Ability to manage demos for all live Calastone products and services
- • Articulate communication in written and spoken English; additional foreign language is a distinct advantage
- • Good level of presentation and IT skills, with keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly DLT
