  • • Ping Identity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Sales to lead and cultivate a high-performing sales team across the entire Middle East territory. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving business growth by fostering strong customer relationships, championing digital freedom through secure and seamless digital experiences, and ensuring our intelligent cloud identity platform empowers users to interact without friction or fear. You will be a key leader in shaping the future of identity and access management for enterprises in a rapidly evolving market, embodying Ping Identity's core values of respect for individuality and empowering authentic self-expression.
  • • As the Sales Director, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the strategic development and execution of sales plans tailored to the Middle East region, ensuring alignment with Ping Identity's overarching business objectives. You will meticulously manage and inspect sales pipelines, conduct thorough account reviews, and lead forecast calls to maintain a robust and predictable revenue stream. A significant part of your role will involve advising and coaching your sales team, equipping them with the expertise to effectively position and articulate Ping Identity’s unique value proposition to enterprise customers, thereby increasing average deal sizes and expanding our market footprint. You will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and other channel partners to source, develop, and progress business initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and controlling expenses within your area of responsibility, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with external parties, including customers and partners, will be crucial for achieving business goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also ensure effective use of and conformance to standard business practices and tools, such as Salesforce.com (SFDC), and communicate Ping Identity’s vision, aligning team and personal goals to drive tangible business results.
  • • You will provide essential direction, guidance, and mentorship to your field sales team, fostering their professional development and ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional business results. A core aspect of your leadership will be to recruit, build, and develop a team that consistently meets and exceeds targets, with a focus on identifying, developing, and promoting high-potential employees. You will be involved in people-related decisions, including hiring, promotions, merit increases, rewards and recognition, and training initiatives, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce. Driving the performance review and development planning process through annual and quarterly review meetings will be a key responsibility, ensuring continuous improvement and career progression for your team members. You will also be instrumental in building and nurturing customer relationships, providing escalation management for problem resolution and driving initiatives that enhance overall customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be characterized by a commitment to teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with all Ping functions to achieve collective success.
