- • A senior leadership role as Director of Sales Operations at Merative, responsible for building a world-class sales operations function from the ground up by combining data analytics, AI-enabled automation, and disciplined execution to drive predictable revenue outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing Sales Operations team, owning the four operational pillars (Incentive Compensation, Performance Analytics & Insights, Sales Enablement & Training, and Proposal Management), serving as a strategic advisor to CEO, CFO/COO, and Sales Leaders, overseeing territory design, quota setting, incentive compensation accuracy, proposal management, and deploying AI to automate pipeline risk detection and forecast accuracy.
- • Merative is a health technology company focused on delivering innovative solutions that improve healthcare outcomes; the Sales Operations function acts as a true enterprise enabler by collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product to align sales operations with company revenue objectives.
- • The role offers the opportunity to build team cohesion around a shared vision, develop talent, influence C-suite strategy with data-driven narratives, establish self-serve dashboards and scorecards for sales leaders, and create a continuous feedback loop from deal outcomes to enablement content — driving measurable impact on win rates, deal velocity, and predictive risk-flagging as a standard operating rhythm.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function with demonstrated ownership of outcomes
- • 4+ years of people management experience leading and developing multi-person teams in complex organizational environments
- • Advanced data analytics capability — fluency in defining KPIs, building dashboards, and driving insights from CRM, BI, and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
