📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Drata, you will drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level SaaS deals with organizations of 1,000+ employees, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping businesses earn and maintain trust through compliance automation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, developing and executing sales strategies, managing a full sales pipeline, consulting with senior executives to uncover business needs, educating prospects through an accelerated buying process, and providing product feedback based on deep market and customer insights.
- • You will join a mission-driven, high-velocity sales team at Drata—a rapidly growing, award-winning company of 600+ employees globally—where ownership, speed, and customer obsession are core cultural values that empower individuals to deliver immediate impact.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your enterprise sales expertise, master complex sales cycles in the SaaS space, develop strategic thinking around market expansion, and grow as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders—all while contributing to Drata’s vision of making trust the foundation of business relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS sales role
- • At least 2 years of proven success in closing new business
- • Demonstrated ability to target and win enterprise accounts with 1,000+ full-time employees
