  • • As Director of Sales Operations - International at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will serve as the strategic architect of the company’s global revenue engine, leading the design and implementation of go-to-market systems for new and emerging international markets. This role is pivotal in scaling Dandy’s mission to modernize the $200B dental industry by building the operational foundation that enables clinicians worldwide to leverage technology for better patient outcomes. You will partner directly with the General Manager to transform ambiguous market opportunities into repeatable, scalable revenue processes—turning zero-to-one market launches into predictable growth engines.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining Total Addressable Market (TAM) strategies, segmentation models, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) precision for international expansion; designing end-to-end revenue funnels with clear performance benchmarks from lead generation to revenue realization; building initial operating models in close collaboration with GM leadership; establishing reporting, forecasting, and productivity dashboards that enable real-time, data-driven decision-making across global teams; identifying and eliminating structural friction in sales processes, handoffs, and systems to improve efficiency; diagnosing conversion bottlenecks and deploying high-leverage initiatives to increase yield per pursuit through improved targeting, lifecycle clarity, and selling standardization; creating feedback loops that connect data insights to enablement and reinforcement mechanisms; institutionalizing best practices by developing repeatable ‘New Market Launch’ playbooks embeddable into operating rhythms such as Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), forecast reviews, and manager coaching sessions; and reducing performance variance across reps and managers through structural clarity, standardized pursuit lifecycle rules, and performance guardrails.

The Revenue Operations team owns the architecture, systems, and performance engine that power Dandy’s go-to-market motion, operating at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. As a remote-first company with EU-based operations, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and finance to ensure alignment and scalability as Dandy expands its global footprint.
