Reporting to the Associate VP, Sales Support, this pivotal role will drive operational excellence, enhance Stars performance, and contribute significantly to organizational goals through the leadership of strategic sales support initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive programs designed to streamline sales processes, foster robust cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the optimal utilization of resources, ultimately leading to enhanced sales outcomes.
- • This position requires a proactive leader who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including sales, operations, clinical, and analytics. Your focus will be on identifying and implementing innovative solutions that not only improve the member experience but also contribute to cost management and the achievement of critical quality measures. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree
- • 8 or more years of experience in sales support, program management, or healthcare operations.
- • 5 or more years of management experience
- • Demonstrated expertise in preparing and delivering executive-level stars performance updates, dashboards, and strategic reporting for senior executives.
- • Experience with Stars programs and Medicare Advantage quality initiatives.
- • Knowledge of Medicare complaint reduction strategies and sales enablement best practices.
