📋 Description

• We are seeking a Director, Senior Counsel, EMEA to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
• As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance on all legal matters related to our EMEA business, including compliance, contracts, and regulatory issues.
• You will work closely with our business leaders to develop and implement effective legal strategies that support our growth and expansion plans.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of European law and regulations, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.
• You will be responsible for managing a team of lawyers and providing guidance on complex legal issues.
• You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our employees on legal and compliance matters.
• The Director, Senior Counsel, EMEA will be a key ambassador for our company in the EMEA region, representing our interests and values in the market.
• You will work closely with our global legal team to ensure consistency and alignment across all regions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to keep our employees informed about legal and compliance matters.
• The Director, Senior Counsel, EMEA will be responsible for managing our relationships with external counsel and other third-party vendors.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential legal and compliance risks.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our company's values and mission, and be able to communicate them effectively to our employees and external stakeholders.
• You will work closely with our business leaders to develop and implement effective business strategies that support our growth and expansion plans.

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong understanding of European law and regulations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
