• • As Director of Software Engineering at Availity, you will lead a team of software and quality engineers to deliver high-quality healthcare technology solutions that improve patient care, provider experiences, and payer operations. This role is critical to Availity’s mission of transforming healthcare engagement through innovation, reliability, and scalability in a rapidly evolving industry.
• • You will oversee the full agile software development lifecycle—including analysis, design, programming, debugging, QA, and modification—while establishing procedures that ensure high-quality software products and services. You’ll collaborate closely with product management, architecture, and global engineering leaders to streamline healthcare processes and deliver market-ready solutions on time.
