- ⢠As Director of Software Engineering at Availity, you will lead a team of software and quality engineers to deliver high-quality healthcare technology solutions that improve patient care, provider experiences, and payer operations. This role is critical to Availityâs mission of transforming healthcare engagement through innovation, reliability, and scalability in a rapidly evolving industry.
- ⢠You will oversee the full agile software development lifecycleâincluding analysis, design, programming, debugging, QA, and modificationâwhile establishing procedures that ensure high-quality software products and services. Youâll collaborate closely with product management, architecture, and global engineering leaders to streamline healthcare processes and deliver market-ready solutions on time.
