- • As the Director of Solutions Engineering at Truemed, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling a critical function that bridges the gap between our innovative health and wellness platform and our valued customers and partners.
- • This leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by reducing technical friction in complex sales cycles and ensuring seamless integration experiences for our partners, who include prominent brands like Eight Sleep, WHOOP, Momentous, and Peloton.
- • You will lead a high-impact team of engineers, fostering an environment of technical rigor, exceptional customer experience, and robust cross-functional collaboration.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to define and implement a scalable operating model for the Solutions Engineering team, aligning its growth with Truemed's overall expansion trajectory.
- • This involves meticulously defining how Solutions Engineering supports the entire customer lifecycle, from the initial technical discovery and pre-sales architecture design through to the successful handoff, implementation, and subsequent expansion phases.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with GTM leadership to enhance technical win rates and streamline the process for closing complex deals, ensuring that technical feasibility is a clear advantage, not a hurdle.
- • Acting as a senior technical advisor, you will engage directly with high-priority opportunities and strategic partner relationships, providing expert guidance and strategic insights.
- • A key aspect of your role will be guiding technical discovery, meticulously designing solutions, and planning integrations for both customers and strategic partners, ensuring that Truemed's platform meets their unique needs.
- • You will be tasked with building and refining scalable playbooks and frameworks that cover all stages of the integration process, including discovery, integration scoping, architecture design, security reviews, and launch readiness, thereby standardizing excellence.
- • A critical objective is to improve the predictability of deal closures by proactively identifying technical risks early in the process and ensuring complete implementation readiness before contracts are finalized, mitigating post-sale surprises.
- • You will forge strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to effectively surface recurring product gaps and translate these insights into actionable feedback, thereby influencing and shaping the product roadmap to better serve market demands.
- • To boost field productivity and accelerate deployment, you will develop reusable architecture patterns, compelling demos, and comprehensive technical enablement assets that empower the sales and implementation teams.
- • Ensuring clean and efficient handoffs between the pre-sales solutioning phase and the implementation teams is paramount to improving launch timelines and ultimately enhancing customer outcomes and satisfaction.
- • You will actively seek out and implement opportunities to simplify and standardize integration patterns across common partner and merchant use cases, creating efficiencies and reducing complexity.
- • Beyond technical leadership, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing a high-performing Solutions Engineering team, ensuring its growth and effectiveness in supporting multiple teams across the company.
- • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in defining Truemed’s external technical narrative, ensuring that prospective clients and partners clearly understand the business value delivered by Truemed’s platform, workflows, and integrations.
