- • As the Director of South APAC Sales at NETGEAR, you will lead Enterprise sales operations across Singapore, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and ANZ, driving revenue growth, partner ecosystem development, and market expansion in a strategically important and commercially complex region.
- • You will build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales organization, define and execute market-specific go-to-market strategies, own regional P&L targets, and lead transformation across diverse markets while partnering with global and regional stakeholders.
- • NETGEAR is evolving its go-to-market model, and this role is pivotal in accelerating growth across Enterprise Networking and AV businesses, focusing on strategic partner and MSP development, as well as expanding into Broadcast, Commercial AV, and Enterprise verticals.
- • You will develop leadership expertise in multi-country complexity, cultural intelligence, and executive stakeholder management, while building long-term organizational capability and driving change management across a distributed sales team and partner ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field
- • Proven track record leading Enterprise sales operations across multiple APAC markets, with direct experience in at least two of: Singapore, SEA markets, South Korea, or ANZ
- • 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a multinational or complex organizational environment, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-border teams and manage multi-market P&L responsibility
