  • • The Director of Strategic Accounts will lead a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives responsible for retaining and upselling Garner’s Mid-Market clients, driving improved Net Revenue Retention and key performance indicators across the book of business.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and coaching the team, collaborating with Account Managers to ensure excellent client experiences, working hands-on with sophisticated clients to resolve strategic problems, and partnering with Product, Data, and technology teams to deliver customized presentations that demonstrate Garner’s value and ROI.
  • • Garner Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company headquartered in NYC, reimagining U.S. healthcare by partnering with employers to redesign benefits using data-driven incentives that guide employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, improving outcomes for patients, employers, and physicians.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and strategic account management expertise, deepen their impact on healthcare cost and quality trends, and achieve measurable business results while contributing to a mission-driven, high-performing team in a rapidly scaling startup environment.
