• • As Director of Strategic Accounts at Decagon, you will drive revenue growth by securing and expanding relationships with the world’s largest brands, directly impacting the company’s market position and scalability in the conversational AI space.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, build deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders including CX, Product, and Operations leaders, collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions, forecast and report on pipeline and revenue, and provide insights to influence the product roadmap.
