• • As Director of Strategic Accounts at Decagon, you will drive revenue growth by securing and expanding relationships with the world’s largest brands, directly contributing to the company’s mission of redefining customer experiences through conversational AI.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CX, Product, Operations leaders), collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions, forecast and report on pipeline and revenue, and provide market and product feedback to influence the company roadmap.
