- • As Director of Strategic Accounts at Decagon, you will drive revenue growth by securing and expanding relationships with the world’s largest brands, directly contributing to the company’s mission of redefining customer experiences through conversational AI.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, build deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CX, Product, Operations), collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions, forecast and report on pipeline and revenue, and provide market insights to influence the company’s roadmap.
- • Decagon is a fast-growing, well-funded conversational AI platform backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Accel, and Bain Capital Ventures, serving industry leaders like Avis, Block’s Cash App and Square, Chime, and Oura Health. The company values autonomy, velocity, and a polymath mindset, operating as an in-office team committed to excellence and innovation.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your enterprise sales expertise, gain exposure to cutting-edge AI technology, develop executive-level communication and negotiation skills, and have the opportunity to shape product strategy through direct customer feedback—positioning you for continued leadership growth in high-impact sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales
- • Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding business with large, complex accounts
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Strong business acumen and ability to speak the language of the C-suite
- • Consultative selling approach with a focus on value-based solutions
- • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives
