• • As Director, Strategic Operations at GameChanger Media, Inc., you will translate company strategy into disciplined execution at scale by owning enterprise planning systems and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure measurable progress against top priorities.
• • You will own enterprise planning and performance systems including annual planning, long-range strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and business reviews; lead strategic initiatives from concept to delivery; partner with executive leadership on prioritization; develop rollout communications; and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and DICK'S Sporting Goods.
