- • Own and expand ValGenesis’ partner ecosystem across the Americas, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new strategic alliances with system integrators, validation service providers, facility engineering firms, and specialized life-science consultancies that can accelerate adoption of our digital validation platform.
- • Serve as the single-threaded leader for every partner relationship in the region—crafting joint business plans, defining revenue targets, negotiating tiered benefits, and ensuring each partner is equipped with the knowledge, collateral, and executive sponsorship needed to co-sell ValGenesis solutions effectively.
- • Architect and execute quarterly partner marketing campaigns alongside our global marketing team, including webinars, whitepapers, trade-show activations, and account-based events that position ValGenesis as the de-facto standard for paperless validation and generate qualified pipeline for both direct and indirect channels.
- • Act as the voice of the partner inside ValGenesis—collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to prioritize roadmap features, resolve escalations, and design enablement programs that shorten partner time-to-first-deal and maximize lifetime value.
- • Build and maintain a data-driven partner scorecard that tracks sourced revenue, influenced revenue, certification levels, customer satisfaction, and renewal rates; present insights to executive leadership and iterate partner programs based on performance trends and market feedback.
- • Lead weekly pipeline reviews with top-tier partners, coaching their sales and presales teams on value messaging, competitive differentiation, and objection handling while co-developing account strategies for Fortune-500 pharma and biotech manufacturers.
- • Design and deliver immersive bootcamps and certification curricula that transform partner consultants into trusted advisors on Computer Systems Validation, Equipment Qualification, GxP compliance, and AI-enabled validation workflows—ultimately elevating partner credibility and deal velocity.
- • Monitor regulatory shifts, FDA guidance, EMA updates, and industry consortiums to anticipate customer compliance challenges; translate insights into new joint-solution offerings and thought-leadership content that keeps partners ahead of the curve and positions ValGenesis as a strategic innovator.
- • Negotiate multi-year strategic agreements, including revenue-share models, MDF allocations, co-development clauses, and exclusivity boundaries, ensuring every contract aligns with corporate growth targets and minimizes channel conflict.
- • Champion a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the global partnerships organization, mentoring junior alliance managers and sharing best practices that scale partner success beyond the Americas into EMEA and APAC.
