- • Own the LATAM Brazil brand vision for NEOWIZ’s portfolio of bold, genre-defining PC, console, and mobile titles. You will translate global creative into culturally resonant campaigns that feel native to Brazilian and broader Latin-American players, ensuring every asset, message, and moment speaks authentically to local passion points, humor, and gaming rituals.
- • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for the region—concept to post-launch—crafting bespoke roadmaps that map to local platform calendars, school holidays, esports peaks, and payment behavior. You will orchestrate announcement beats, beta drives, launch week blitzes, and evergreen live-ops promotions that keep NEOWIZ top-of-mind in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.
- • Drive digital and paid-media excellence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and regional networks such as Kwai and Booyah. You will set KPI-driven budgets, brief creative teams, optimize bidding strategies, and A/B-test messaging in Portuguese and Spanish to maximize ROAS while nurturing community sentiment.
- • Build and nurture a high-impact influencer & creator ecosystem. From mega-creators like alanzoka and Loud to rising nano-talent, you will negotiate contracts, co-develop content formats, and run always-on seeding programs that turn authentic gameplay into word-of-mouth momentum across LATAM.
- • Forge strategic alliances with first-party platform partners—PlayStation Brasil, Xbox LATAM, Steam LATAM, Epic Games Store, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, and regional cloud-gaming services—to secure featured placements, co-marketing bundles, and bespoke store events that amplify reach and conversion.
- • Act as the single source of truth for regional insights. You will mine player sentiment from Discord, Reddit, Naver cafés, Steam reviews, and local forums; translate findings into actionable briefs for dev teams; and champion Brazil-specific features such as PIX payments, localized pricing, and Portuguese VO when data proves ROI.
- • Oversee the production of culturally attuned creative assets: trailers with Brazilian Portuguese VO, key art that nods to local pop culture, meme templates for Carnival season, and collectible merch drops timed with Comic-Con São Paulo. You will manage agencies, freelancers, and internal artists to deliver on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
- • Plan and execute experiential activations at BIG Festival, Brasil Game Show, CCXP, and Mexico’s GamerCon. You will design booth flow, stage content, cosplay contests, and VIP influencer lounges that convert foot traffic into lifelong fans and social impressions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with global development, production services, community, customer support, and esports teams to ensure regional needs are baked into patch notes, tournament prizing, and customer-care scripts. You will run weekly syncs, present market dashboards, and escalate blockers before they impact player experience.
- • Mentor junior marketers and regional agency partners, instilling NEOWIZ’s culture of curiosity, ownership, and fast iteration. You will build playbooks, share post-mortems, and champion continuous learning so that every campaign is smarter than the last.
- • Own the regional P&L for marketing spend, forecasting revenue uplift, tracking lifetime value by cohort, and reporting ROI to global leadership. You will balance bold experimentation with fiscal discipline, reallocating budget in real time to capitalize on cultural moments like Copa América or new anime drops.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every campaign—featuring Afro-Brazilian, Indigenous, and LGBTQIA+ creators, ensuring accessibility options, and avoiding cultural appropriation—so that NEOWIZ games feel welcoming to every player in LATAM.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of brand, product, or growth marketing experience in games, entertainment, or tech, with at least 3 years focused on Brazil or broader LATAM markets
- • Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in Spanish; proven ability to craft culturally nuanced copy and creative briefs
- • Demonstrated success launching PC, console, or mobile titles in LATAM, evidenced by KPIs such as regional revenue growth, ROAS, or community engagement
- • Deep network of LATAM influencers, creators, media, and platform contacts; hands-on experience negotiating contracts and managing long-tail creator programs
- • Strong analytical skills: comfortable building forecasts, owning P&L, and translating data into actionable insights using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
