- • As Director, Strategic Partnerships at PermitFlow, you will lead the strategy, expansion, and revenue accountability for the company’s partner ecosystem, driving growth by deepening existing relationships and aggressively pursuing new ones across the construction and home services technology stack.
- • You will define partner strategy by mapping high-leverage categories (FSM/ISV, OEM, distributor, construction management, financing, trade associations, AHJ/govtech), identifying 5–10 priority partners, and building a point-of-view-driven roadmap without waiting for a playbook.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and closing partnership agreements with ISVs (e.g., ServiceTitan, AccuLynx), OEMs in HVAC/roofing/solar, financing partners, and trade associations; driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with clear ARR targets; building joint GTM motions with Marketing and Sales; negotiating deal terms (rev share, SLAs, co-marketing); feeding partner feedback into product development; building partner program infrastructure (tiering, onboarding, scorecards); and representing PermitFlow at industry events as the public face of its partner ecosystem.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven applied AI company backed by $90M+ from top-tier investors (Accel, Kleiner Perkins, Y Combinator, etc.) and trusted by leaders at OpenAI, Google, Procore, and ServiceTitan, working to transform the $1.6T construction industry by enabling faster, safer, and more scalable building through AI-powered permitting and compliance.
- • In this role, you will build the foundational partner playbook, standard contracts, and scalable infrastructure that will enable future team growth, while gaining direct exposure to executive leadership and shaping how PermitFlow becomes the indispensable permit layer across the home services and pre-construction ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, ConTech, PropTech, or InsurTech
- • Proven track record of expanding and scaling partnerships — turning underperforming relationships into pipeline drivers and closing material net-new partners
- • Experience with quota or revenue accountability, including owning and hitting partner-sourced ARR or rev share targets
- • Fluency in home services/contractor tech ecosystems (e.g., ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Procore, OEMs like GAF or Carrier, financing platforms like GreenSky) is a strong plus
- • Executive presence — able to engage credibly with VPs and C-suite at $500M+ companies
- • Commercial acumen in structuring deals that protect company economics while driving mutual value
