  • • Own the strategic heartbeat for Fortune-class Insurance, Financial Services, and Healthcare brands that sell through tens of thousands of agents, brokers, advisors, branches, and healthcare partners. You will translate complex business objectives into crystal-clear briefs, testable hypotheses, and integrated channel plans that scale from headquarters to the local office in Topeka.
  • • Architect and continuously refine co-op/MDF, incentive, and loyalty structures that motivate distributed partners to adopt brand programs while maximizing fund utilization and ROI. You will design tiered reward models, accrual rules, claims workflows, and performance triggers that feel simple to partners yet deliver enterprise-grade governance.
  • • Build and curate local-media packages—search, social, programmatic, streaming, email, print, and experiential—that partners can deploy in minutes, not weeks. You will balance brand consistency with hyper-local relevance, ensuring every creative asset, audience segment, and media dollar drives measurable lift in leads, pipeline, and partner satisfaction.
  • • Partner hand-in-hand with Client Partnership Directors to identify whitespace, shape incremental solutions, and co-author pitch narratives that win six- and seven-figure expansions. You will turn quarterly business reviews into growth engines by surfacing data-driven insights that clients cannot ignore.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional squads across Product, Media, CX Experience Design, Creative, Martech, and Analytics to deliver end-to-end brand-to-local programs. You define the “what” and “why,” while empowering specialists to own the “how,” ensuring every tactic ladders back to strategic intent and KPIs.
  • • Establish and evangelize KPIs that matter—fund utilization, partner participation, lead volume, cost per acquisition, pipeline velocity, NPS—then translate raw data into board-ready stories. You will build dashboards, craft quarterly readouts, and lead workshops that turn insights into action for both internal teams and client executives.
  • • Serve as the vertical’s strategic voice in thought-leadership initiatives: POVs, case studies, webinars, and conference stages. You will package repeatable frameworks that Sales and Client Partnership teams can weaponize in pursuit of new logos and deeper wallet share.
  • • Champion generative AI as a daily thought partner—prompting, iterating, and refining strategic narratives, competitive analyses, and performance insights at 10Ă— speed. You will model best practices for the broader strategy community, turning curiosity into competitive advantage.
  • • Navigate a remote-first, matrixed environment with precision: juggling multiple accounts, sprint cycles, and stakeholder calendars without dropping a single thread. You will run planning sessions, stand-ups, and retros that keep distributed teams aligned and energized.
  • • Travel up to 15–20% for high-impact client workshops, executive summits, and industry conferences where your presence turns strategy into conviction and PowerPoint into partnership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of marketing strategy, channel partner marketing, or customer/partner experience with demonstrable exposure to Insurance, Financial Services, or Healthcare
  • • Proven track record designing or optimizing co-op/MDF, incentive, or loyalty programs for distributed networks (agents, brokers, advisors, branches, healthcare partners)
  • • Strong data storytelling skills—comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting performance, and turning insights into clear recommendations for both internal stakeholders and client executives
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
