- • As Director of Talent Acquisition at Alignment Healthcare, you will lead the enterprise talent acquisition function to support business growth and strategic initiatives by ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective hiring of high-quality talent.
- • You will execute talent acquisition strategy, oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, manage vendor relationships and technology, develop employer branding, and provide strategic leadership to recruiters and hiring managers.
- • You will partner with senior leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with workforce planning, succession needs, and organizational growth while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- • In this role, you will develop innovative recruiting programs, leverage data and AI to improve hiring outcomes, manage recruiting metrics and reports, and coach leaders on effective hiring practices, all while contributing to a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving seniors and the chronically ill.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of extensive progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- • 6+ years of experience successfully managing a team of recruiters
- • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and vendor ecosystems
- • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- • Ability to build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, and business leaders
