- • LIV Golf is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Team Sponsorship to spearhead the development and execution of sponsorship and commercial strategies across its 13 professional golf teams. This pivotal role is instrumental in establishing unparalleled partnership management standards, significantly enhancing the value and effectiveness of team sponsorship platforms, and driving substantial incremental revenue through the implementation of innovative, data-driven commercial solutions. The Director will play a crucial part in shaping the commercial future of LIV Golf's teams, ensuring their growth and success in a competitive global sports landscape.
- • In this capacity, the Director will collaborate intimately with Team General Managers to conceptualize and implement bespoke commercial and sponsorship strategies. These strategies must not only align seamlessly with the overarching objectives of the LIV Golf League but also resonate with each team's distinct brand identity and market positioning. A core responsibility will be to design and meticulously oversee a comprehensive, unified team sponsorship framework. This framework will encompass the development of compelling sponsorship propositions, the strategic packaging of assets, sophisticated pricing models, and effective go-to-market approaches designed to invigorate new business acquisition and secure renewals. Furthermore, the Director will be tasked with establishing and championing world-class partnership management practices across all teams. This includes refining processes for partner onboarding, meticulously planning activation strategies, rigorously measuring performance, delivering insightful reporting, and developing robust renewal strategies to foster long-term relationships.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sports sponsorship, commercial partnerships, or related commercial leadership roles, with a strong preference for experience within team or league environments.
- • Demonstrated success in developing, closing, and managing complex, multi-faceted sponsorship programs on a regional and/or global scale.
- • Profound understanding of partnership valuation, rights packaging, and ROI/ROO measurement methodologies.
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and effectively influence senior stakeholders within a dynamic, high-growth setting.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to represent the organization credibly to senior brand and agency executives.
