Director, Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• • As Director, Technical Program Manager at Datavant, you will lead end-to-end technology integration for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring acquired companies are seamlessly integrated into our systems, processes, and infrastructure while aligning with strategic business objectives, security, and regulatory requirements.
• • Day to day, you will partner with Corporate Initiatives and internal teams to define integration strategy during due diligence and post-close phases, translate business objectives into technical integration roadmaps, develop detailed program plans with milestones and risks, support technical due diligence, act as central coordinator across executives and stakeholders, and provide executive-level reporting and dashboards.
• • You will join a driven, highly collaborative team at Datavant, the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare, where we are passionate about making the world’s health data secure, accessible, and actionable to power improvements in patient care and AI-driven innovation across the healthcare ecosystem.
