- • As the Director, Transformation Enterprise Program Office (EPMO) for CRO Operations in North America and Europe, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects within a global, midsize Contract Research Organization (CRO). This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned leader who thrives on innovation, operational excellence, and the pursuit of cures for persistent diseases.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for all projects within your assigned EPMO portfolio, acting as a central hub for communication, oversight, and strategic guidance. Your responsibility extends to proactively engaging with and supporting project teams, meticulously monitoring progress, and ensuring that intended value and outcomes are realized effectively.
- • Collaboration with Project Leaders will be a cornerstone of your role. You will work closely with them to refine overall project plans, establishing critical milestones, defining success metrics, and ensuring alignment with broader enterprise objectives. This includes identifying, analyzing, and actively resolving significant blockers to project success, such as challenges related to stakeholder alignment, resistance to change, or organizational capability gaps.
