  • • As the first Director / VP of Sales, USA at Partly Limited, you will build the US commercial function from the ground up, leading a team of three enterprise sales reps while personally carrying key deals during the early ramp-up phase.
  • • You will set US commercial strategy, define enterprise go-to-market approaches, create repeatable sales motions, and report performance directly to the CEO and global leadership, establishing the foundation for scalable North American revenue growth.
  • • You will join a globally distributed, high-accountability company with genuine momentum, where your builder mindset will shape the US office culture, recruiting, onboarding, and performance standards as the team scales.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in scaling enterprise sales in technical markets, refine C-suite engagement strategies, and create a repeatable US revenue engine that will be handed off and expanded as Partly grows globally.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record building and leading enterprise B2B sales teams from early-stage in complex, technical markets
  • • Experience selling into or leading teams that sell into the US automotive or adjacent supply chain sectors
  • • Demonstrated ability to personally close large, first-of-kind enterprise deals while managing a team
  • • Strong commercial judgment: ability to set strategy, prioritize accounts, and make quick calls with limited information
  • • Credibility at the C-suite and VP level with large US enterprise customers
  • • Builder mindset: energized by creation, not managing an existing function
