📋 Description

• As Director, Web Strategy and Engineering at New Relic, you will lead the global strategic vision and technical execution of the company’s web presence, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs to drive performance and engagement across newrelic.com.
• You will oversee a global team of web producers, strategists, and engineers, managing internal and external development resources across US and IST time zones, while setting roadmaps, optimizing digital experiences, and scaling GEO/AEO strategies.
• You will partner with Product, Creative, Data Analytics, Regional, and UX teams to align web initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives, leveraging data from Google Analytics, heatmaps, and conversion metrics to inform A/B testing and CRO efforts.
• You will own the technical architecture, platform selection, and technology stack for the website, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability, while creating executive-level dashboards and reports on traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• You will mentor team members, foster collaborative code ownership, and apply AI to scale workflows, all within a flexible, inclusive work environment that values diverse backgrounds and supports remote, hybrid, or office-based arrangements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or related roles
• Experience leading web application development teams to deliver against KPIs at scale
• Solid understanding of CSS, Git, and JavaScript
• Documented, hands-on experience planning multi-quarter roadmaps for high visibility B2B websites
• Fluency in English
