• • As the Director of ERP Service Delivery (NetSuite) at Pine Services Group, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our strategic vision for NetSuite implementation services. This pivotal leadership role is designed for an individual with a deep understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem, particularly within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, with a strong preference for experience in Life Sciences.
• • You will be instrumental in driving the growth and ensuring the exceptional quality of our NetSuite implementation projects. This encompasses everything from initial client engagement and strategic planning to successful project execution and post-implementation support. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver transformative ERP solutions that empower our clients to optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives.
• • A core aspect of this role involves full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for the NetSuite practice. This means you will be accountable for the financial health and performance of the NetSuite service line, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability. Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting will be key components of your responsibilities, ensuring the sustainable growth and success of the practice.
• • You will serve as a trusted advisor to our executive-level clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on how NetSuite can best address their unique business challenges and opportunities.
