  • The Dispatcher role at Modivcare is essential to ensuring seamless transportation services for members by acting as a key liaison between transportation providers and the company, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting transportation providers with service inquiries, scheduling and modifying trips, documenting complaints, managing call volumes, ensuring accurate data entry, and referring unresolved issues to appropriate teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high call volumes professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate recordkeeping
