📋 Description
- • The Disputes Strategy Project Advisor III plays a key role in shaping and advancing Velera’s disputes capabilities by supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate priorities into actionable plans across product, technology, operations, compliance, and external partners.
- • Day to day, the role involves supporting the development and execution of disputes strategy including multi-year roadmaps, leading planning and coordination for large-scale initiatives, managing strategic vendor relationships, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate solutions, driving roadmap progress through cross-functional coordination, translating strategic objectives into business requirements and measurable outcomes, providing leadership in initiative governance, contributing to visioning and future-state design for disputes capabilities, collaborating to assess solution options and recommend strategic paths, ensuring regulatory and network rule compliance, and serving as a subject matter resource in disputes strategy and vendor management.
