- • As a Distribution Account Manager for Enterprise Sales in the North region, you will be the pivotal force driving NETGEAR's success within the Benelux and Nordics territories. Reporting directly to the Sr. Distribution Account Manager, Enterprise Sales - EMEA, your primary mission is to cultivate and expand our distribution partnerships, ensuring robust sales execution and sustainable business growth. This role is intrinsically linked to developing strategic regional business plans, meticulously overseeing buying plans, and achieving ambitious sell-in and sell-through targets. You will be the key liaison, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with distributor decision-makers at all levels, acting as their primary point of contact and advocating for their needs while ensuring strict adherence to NETGEAR's policies, pricing, branding, and operational standards.
- • Your strategic acumen will be crucial in analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and sell-through performance to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal Sales Leaders to develop comprehensive business plans that align with NETGEAR’s overarching strategic goals for regional expansion. This involves a deep dive into market dynamics, leveraging business intelligence to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement in sales performance. A significant aspect of your role will be the ownership of distributor buying plans. This entails creating, negotiating, and managing these plans to precisely align with quarterly and annual sell-in and sell-through objectives. You will work hand-in-hand with distributors on forecasting, replenishment strategies, and sophisticated inventory management to optimize stock levels, thereby minimizing overstock situations and preventing costly stock-outs.
- • To ensure seamless operations and accurate forecasting, you will coordinate closely with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams. Your ability to adapt buying strategies based on real-time market insights, performance trends, and seasonal fluctuations will be paramount. Driving sales execution and performance management is at the core of this position. You will be accountable for achieving regional sell-through targets through exceptional operational execution and proactive sales support. This includes conducting in-depth performance analyses, providing actionable insights to enhance distributor productivity, and supporting new product launches with comprehensive training materials and strategic execution planning. Maintaining competitiveness will involve adept management of pricing, promotions, rebates, and channel programs, alongside maintaining clear visibility into distributor pipeline activity and conversion metrics.
