- • As a Distribution Account Manager for the LATAM Southern Cone region, you will drive Acronis’ market reach and adoption by managing and growing relationships with distributor partners, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic channel initiatives.
- • You will build and maintain relationships with distributor decision-makers, develop and execute onboarding and enablement programs, collaborate on Go-to-Market strategies, conduct regular business reviews, expand market presence by acquiring new partners, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee distributor performance, manage sales pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce, and plan joint channel recruitment and marketing activities.
- • You will be part of Acronis’ global Sales Channel Management organization, working within a diverse, international team focused on enabling distributor success and aligning partner efforts with company objectives in a fast-paced, innovative cyber protection environment.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic and tactical expertise in channel partner management, gain deep experience in cybersecurity and cloud-based solutions, strengthen your business planning and Salesforce analytics skills, and contribute directly to Acronis’ growth across Latin America while enhancing your leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of total channel sales, development, or account management experience
- • Proven experience in a cybersecurity company with strong understanding of industry practices and protocols
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications (Salesforce)
- • Native Spanish and fluent English proficiency
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for regional engagements
