- • As a District Manager for Take 5 Oil Change in the vibrant Chicago area, you will be the driving force behind the success of multiple service locations. - • Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Take 5 Oil Change locations. This involves setting clear expectations for performance, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring that each site operates at peak efficiency. You will be the key liaison between the corporate office and your assigned stores, translating strategic goals into actionable plans for your teams.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be ensuring that all locations are consistently staffed with competent, well-trained, and motivated employees. You will work closely with your General Managers to identify training needs, implement development programs, and cultivate a positive and supportive work environment.
