📋 Description

• As a District Manager for OnStar & Loyalty at General Motors, you will serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for OnStar services, GM’s software and subscription portfolio, My GM Rewards, and the GM Rewards Credit Card across your assigned dealerships in West Palm Beach, FL. You will drive adoption, engagement, and loyalty by building strong relationships with dealer leadership and frontline teams.
• Your day-to-day involves conducting regular in-dealership visits, delivering training sessions, analyzing performance data, coaching dealers on best practices, and collaborating cross-functionally with GM teams to ensure aligned messaging and successful product launches. You will spend approximately 90% of your time traveling within your territory, including 1–2 overnight stays per month.
• You will join a mission-driven team at General Motors and OnStar, where the vision is to redefine safety, connection, and confidence on every journey through innovative connected services. The team is committed to turning every vehicle into a connected platform for safety, productivity, and delight while earning trust daily.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in automotive retail, customer loyalty programs, and connected vehicle technologies. You will strengthen your skills in data-driven coaching, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration — positioning yourself for growth within GM’s expanding services and customer experience organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of automotive industry experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory
