- • Achieve gross profit and sales targets for the designated geographical territory by driving sales of Brasseler’s dental and medical instrumentation products across customer segments including dental offices, laboratories, schools, government facilities, and institutions.
- • Present, promote, and sell products using Brasseler’s value proposition to both existing and prospective customers through direct engagement and strategic outreach.
- • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to identify customer requirements and align product offerings with their operational and clinical needs.
- • Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key decision-makers in target customer segments.
- • Utilize the company’s CRM system to manage the sales funnel, track customer interactions, and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- • Proactively generate new business through cold calling and lead generation activities to expand market share and customer base.
- • Expedite resolution of customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- • Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment with company objectives.
- • Provide regular reports to management on customer feedback, competitive activities, emerging needs, and opportunities for new products or services.
- • Continuously improve sales performance by incorporating feedback, refining techniques, and adapting to market dynamics.
- • Travel is required to visit customers and conduct in-person sales demonstrations; job demands may include long periods of driving.
- • Perform duties in both office and remote environments with stable environmental conditions.
- • Maintain proficiency in basic computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage communications, data entry, reporting, and sales documentation.
- • Perform physical tasks including sitting for extended periods, using hands to operate keyboards and devices, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds as needed.

- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of sales performance
- • Strong communication skills
- • Basic computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
