- • As a District Sales Manager at Neo Financial, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the profitability and success of a designated district encompassing up to six mall locations, directly managing and developing up to six Store Managers to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and uphold Neo’s operational standards in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
- • You will drive district profitability by taking ownership of financial performance across all mall locations, optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through rigorous performance management and cost assessments, and ensuring operational excellence by championing adherence to Neo’s frameworks using tools like Google Suite, Slack, and data dashboards.
- • You will lead the full lifecycle of Store Managers—recruiting, onboarding, and developing them—while spearheading sales training initiatives, including large-scale onboarding during mall launches and ongoing product and company training for both managers and sales representatives.
- • Operating with high autonomy, you will proactively manage your schedule to travel daily between mall locations, prioritizing visits based on operational needs, and act as a key mentor and support system for Store Managers to ensure their individual and store-level success through coaching and guidance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card, or financial product sales, with a significant portion involving management of field sales teams.
- • 7+ years of proven management and leadership experience, including a track record of successfully managing teams of 10 or more individuals, particularly in field sales environments.
- • Over 7+ years of experience in training and coaching, with demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs for large groups.
- • Possession of a strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives suitable for representing Neo Financial in retail settings.
- • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to support frequent, independent travel between mall locations within the district.
- • Strong understanding of and proven ability to manage Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and drive profitability across multiple locations.
